Kate Orr began her career in the assurance practice of a "Big 4" public accounting firm and transitioned into fund administration, where she worked for 4.5 years. During her time as a fund administrator, she focused primarily on financial reporting, LPA interpretation, carry waterfalls, management fee calculations, capital calls and distributions, cash management, audit and tax process management, AML/KYC compliance, and line of credit reporting. She has worked with a variety of funds structures across all lifecycle stages, from fundraising to wind down. She graduated from Elon University with B.S. degrees in Accounting and Entrepreneurship and is a Certified Public Accountant.
